Privacy Policy

1. Scope and responsible developer

This Privacy Policy covers the Tidivio mobile application, these legal webpages, and information you choose to send when asking for support. Tidivio is a household cleaning assistant that helps you organize short cleaning sessions.

The responsible developer is identified in the Contact section below. How you may use the app is described in our Terms of Use.

2. Mobile app data

Tidivio lets you create room names and custom tasks, choose plan preferences such as available time, effort and area, and record cleaning completion or check events and session history. This cleaning information remains in a database on your device.

The app does not require an account. It has no RevenueCat, Crashlytics, payment, advertising or account SDK, and no purchases or subscriptions. We do not keep your cleaning content in developer-operated online storage, sell it or use it for advertising. The limited Android analytics described below is separate from your cleaning content.

3. Android analytics

The Android version of Tidivio uses Firebase Analytics to understand how screens and cleaning actions are used and to improve the app. The iOS version uses NoAnalytics and does not include an analytics SDK. Cleaning features remain available offline on both platforms.

Custom Android events use closed screen and action categories, session time budgets of 5, 10, 15, 20 or 30 minutes, task completion or check categories, and bounded aggregate counts. These events never contain room names, task titles or descriptions, other user-written text, room, task or session IDs, error messages, addresses, photos, or the contents of cleaning history. Tidivio does not set a custom Firebase user ID.

Firebase SDKs may automatically process app, device and installation identifiers together with usage and network metadata. Advertising ID collection, advertising storage, ad-user-data sharing and advertising-personalization defaults are disabled. These settings do not eliminate Firebase app-instance or installation identifiers and do not make the analytics data anonymous.

Analytics information is processed through Firebase under Google’s provider systems and policies. For more information, see Firebase Privacy and Security and the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Storage, retention and deletion

Your cleaning data remains on your device until you remove it through Settings > Delete data, uninstall or otherwise delete it from the device, subject to how your operating system handles app removal and restoration.

Using Delete data clears local cleaning data and cancels notifications scheduled by Tidivio. It does not erase Android analytics already transmitted to Firebase or copies retained in an operating-system backup. Because we do not hold a server copy of your cleaning content, we cannot remotely view, recover, correct or erase that content for you.

5. Operating system backup

Operating-system-managed backup is enabled for Tidivio, so your operating system may include app data in a device or account backup, depending on your device and account settings. The operating system provider controls how those backup copies are created, retained, restored and removed.

Deleting local data in Tidivio does not guarantee deletion of an existing system backup. Use your device or account controls to manage backups. Tidivio does not promise that a backup will succeed, contain the latest data, restore after an uninstall or device change, or synchronize between different platforms.

6. Notifications

Tidivio can schedule optional notifications on your device for timers and reminders. These are created locally rather than sent through a remote push-notification service.

You may deny or revoke notification permission in your device settings without losing the app’s core cleaning features. Your operating system settings, power management and other device conditions control whether and when a notification is delivered.

7. Support correspondence

If you email us for support, we receive the information you voluntarily send, such as your reply address, message and any attachments. Our email service processes that correspondence so we can understand and respond to your request.

We use support correspondence only to handle your request and meet applicable obligations. We keep it only for as long as necessary for those purposes and remove it when it is no longer needed. Please avoid including sensitive household details. Support communications do not themselves send cleaning content; the limited Android analytics described above is separate from support correspondence.

8. This website versus the app

These legal webpages do not include analytics, advertising, a contact form, user accounts, optional tracking cookies or third-party embeds added by us. The site is hosted by Lovable. Its hosting infrastructure may process ordinary request information, such as an IP address and browser or request metadata, as needed to deliver and secure the pages.

Visiting this site does not send your mobile cleaning content to Lovable or to us. Websites linked from these documents, along with your operating system and app-store providers, operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

9. Privacy choices, security and children

You can review and delete local cleaning data in the app, manage notification permission in device settings, and manage system backups through your operating system or account controls. There is currently no in-app opt-out for Android analytics. Deleting local data does not erase analytics already transmitted to Firebase.

If applicable law gives you privacy rights concerning Android analytics or support correspondence, contact Igor Nechaev at lingburgapp@gmail.com. Third-party handling, retention and deletion follow the relevant provider’s systems and policies as well as applicable rights. Because Tidivio does not set a custom Firebase user ID, we may be unable to identify records as belonging to you and cannot promise to recover or remotely delete all Firebase records. You do not need to send us cleaning content to make a request.

We take reasonable precautions appropriate to the limited information we handle, while your device’s access controls and security also protect locally stored data. No storage or communication method can be guaranteed absolutely secure.

Tidivio is a general household utility. It does not offer accounts, advertising, or child-targeted profiling. A child or parent who contacts support should avoid sending unnecessary personal or sensitive information.

10. Changes and contact

We may revise this policy when Tidivio’s actual practices change or when clarification is needed. The date at the top shows the latest version. Material changes will be reflected in an updated policy; nothing here removes rights that applicable law gives you.
